About you *
For this position, we are looking for professionals with the Skills & Experience: *
- Provide functional support via phone, ensuring clear, empathetic, and efficient service. *
- Clarify doubts and guide clients with assertiveness, promoting a positive experience. *
- Act with a focus on problem resolution and continuous improvement of the service provided. *
- Understand the client's journey and direct them according to their specific needs. *
- Intermediate requests for adjustments and corrections with the Product teams. *
- Promote Thomson Reuters's values and behaviors in daily work. *
- Stay constantly updated on the solutions offered and current legislation in the Payroll area.
Minimum requirements
- Must reside in Campinas or surrounding areas, with availability for hybrid model work. *
- Completed or ongoing higher education in Accounting Sciences, Human Resources, Administration, or related areas. Candidates without a degree are also welcome—if hired, they will be hired as Technicians. *
- Experience with Customer Service. *
- Ease of working with goals and focus on results. *
- Adaptability to structured processes and organized routines. *
- Good communication, empathy, and ability to work in a team.
Desirables: *
- Previous experience in Payroll. *
- Previous experience with the Domínio Solution.
