About the vacancy

We are looking for a dynamic, engaged, and innovation-driven Project Analyst to join our team!

In this position, you will be involved in the planning, monitoring, and execution of corporate projects of various natures (technology, processes, business), playing a fundamental role in connecting the culture of innovation, artificial intelligence, and agile methodologies to the organization's daily life. If you have excellent communication skills, the ability to inspire people, and an interest in technology trends, this opportunity is for you!

Responsibilities

  1. Project Management: Plan, coordinate, monitor, and control the execution of corporate projects of different natures (technology, processes, and business).
  1. Planning and Control: Develop schedules, scopes, communication plans, and risk management, maintaining control of deadlines, costs, and delivery quality.
  1. Alignment and Governance: Conduct kick-off, status report, and project closing meetings with stakeholders, ensuring alignment between the organization's strategic objectives and deliveries.
  1. Engagement and Stakeholders: Act in the management of involved people and stakeholders (internal and external), reconciling expectations, as well as leading conflict/impediment resolution and facilitating multidisciplinary teams.
  1. Innovation Culture & Community: Develop training, lectures, and learning paths on innovation and Artificial Intelligence; create engagement campaigns, produce content (Intranet, Teams, SharePoint), and facilitate community management.
  1. External Relations: Maintain articulation with suppliers and external consultants on topics related to innovation, technology, and the sector.

Requirements

  1. Academic Background: Completed undergraduate degree.
  1. Knowledge in Innovation and Methodologies: Mastery of Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Open Innovation, Portfolio Management, Innovation Culture, and Generative AI.
  1. Experience with facilitation or leadership of multidisciplinary squads/teams.
  1. Preparation of executive reports and presentations for senior leadership.
  1. Experience in corporate environments with structured project governance (PMO).

Interpersonal Skills and Communication

  1. Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to translate complex concepts into simple language.
  1. Proficiency in storytelling, presentations, and public speaking to diverse audiences.
  1. Proactive attitude, energy to inspire/engage people, active listening, and empathy.
  1. Curiosity, pursuit of continuous learning, and creativity to structure campaigns that spark interest in innovation.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience in technical evaluation of solutions, suppliers, and proposals.
  1. Knowledge of the consortium sector.
  1. Experience in modernization, technological transformation, or cloud migration projects.
  1. Experience in defining and designing corporate solution architectures or in integrated interface roles between Development, Infrastructure, Information Security, Data, and Business Areas.
