About the opportunity

Various Regions — Major Capitals (São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Brasília, Belo Horizonte, Curitiba, Porto Alegre, Fortaleza, Belém, Goiânia, Greater Vitória - ES, among others)

This position is part of a talent pool: we will open positions in these locations over the coming months as the operation expands. By applying, you enter the radar for your region and will be contacted as soon as we open the process there.

How to apply

If you've been inside a hospital and know how a doctor thinks, or if you've helped ordinary people form the habit of using new technology, we want to talk to you!

Why Telepatia exists

The scarcest resource in the world isn't time — it's medical attention. Doctors spend between 40% and 70% of their day typing instead of caring for patients. At Telepatia, we're changing that.

We develop real-time AI products for healthcare — medical transcription, clinical record generation, and integrations with hospital systems in Brazil and Colombia. Our flagship product, AI Doctor, is part of a suite of four AI Health Staff, developed by doctors, for doctors.

What you will do

You will help doctors experience the future of medicine — where documentation happens automatically. Your job is to turn first-time users into active advocates, guiding them through their first consultations with Telepatia's Scribe, providing in-person support, and ensuring they reach consistent usage that makes the tool indispensable.

  1. Accompany doctors in their first consultations with Telepatia, in person.
  1. Monitor adoption metrics: consultations per doctor, churn rate, time to first success.
  1. Identify engaged users within the hospital who help scale usage organically.
  1. Collect feedback on the product and communicate insights to product and engineering.
  1. Coordinate with engineers for technical setup and troubleshooting.
  1. Train new users on best practices to maximize accuracy and speed.

Minimum requirements

What you need to have

  1. Experience with system implementation, workflow change, or improvement project within a hospital — doesn't have to be in nursing; healthcare IT, hospital management/administration, electronic health record implementation, among others, are valid.
  1. Familiarity with digital tools and adoption metrics.
  1. Good interpersonal skills to manage client expectations and ensure product engagement.
  1. Functional intermediate English — meetings, Slack, and internal documentation are in English.
  1. Availability to work primarily in the field, with travel in the region when necessary for customer support.
  1. Genuine curiosity about technology and AI — you use, test, and have opinions about digital tools.

Who usually fits well

  1. Implementation or onboarding specialist in healthtech or field operations.
  1. Implementation analyst for electronic health records or other hospital systems.
  1. Professionals with a background in hospital administration, health management, or medicine who transitioned to operations, product, or technology (outside of clinical practice).
  1. Hospital or operations coordinator.
  1. Medical representative who excels at building relationships with doctors but wants to move away from a sales model.

What you will find here

  • Early-stage company with real operations — you will build processes, not follow a manual (with close support from product and engineering, not alone).
  • A product that doctors ask to continue using after onboarding.
  • PJ (independent contractor) hiring model + variable pay tied to adoption performance.
  • Availability for travel to neighboring regions.
  • Exposure to different cultures, teams, and a 100% English-speaking environment.
