In this role, you will
- Manage LAN, WAN, WLAN, and SD-WAN environments.
- Administer switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless controllers.
- Monitor the health and performance of the corporate network.
- Perform firmware updates and patches on network equipment.
- Implement and administer security policies.
- Manage firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and access controls.
- Analyze and address security incidents related to network infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and cybersecurity requirements.
- Plan and execute network infrastructure expansion, modernization, and optimization projects.
- Develop network architectures for new sites, datacenters, and industrial environments.
- Participate in digital transformation projects and the integration of new technologies. .
Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology, Networks, Telecommunications, Engineering, or related fields.
- Proven experience in mission-critical environments with high availability and strict security requirements.
- Experience in configuring and administering routers, switches, firewalls, wireless controllers, and SD-WAN solutions.
- Advanced knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLAN, STP, VPN, DNS, and DHCP.
- Experience in corporate network expansion, modernization, and migration projects.
- Experience in analyzing and resolving complex connectivity and network performance incidents.
- Experience with network monitoring and management tools, such as Zabbix, PRTG, SolarWinds, Grafana, or similar.
- Knowledge of network security solutions, including NGFW Firewalls, IDS/IPS, NAC, and VPNs.
- Experience in hybrid and cloud environments (Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform).
- Experience in managing vendors, telecommunications operators, and monitoring SLAs.
- Experience in developing technical documentation, operational procedures, and network architecture.
