Required Skills
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Automation, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Knowledge of Port, Railway, and COI Operations and/or Maintenance;
- Innovative, collaborative, and results-oriented profile;
- Clear, influential, and executive communication;
- Ability to handle multiple topics;
- Knowledge of business dynamics.
Preferred Skills
- Postgraduate degree or MBA in Project Management, Technology, Automation, or related fields (railway, operations, mining);
- Knowledge of Technology and Automation;
- Intermediate English;
- Experience with digital transformation projects or implementation of autonomous technologies;
- Knowledge of data analysis and BI tools.
Responsibilities and Job Activities
- Act as the focal point for EFC and North Port operations, ensuring excellence in incident and request resolution;
- Facilitate communication between technical and operational, business, and technology areas, promoting synergy and efficiency;
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and propose corrective and preventive actions;
- Collaborate with different business areas, promoting agile methodologies and a culture of innovation;
- Optimize processes and identify opportunities for simplification and value generation for operations;
- Handle technology and automation audits, dealing with different interfaces and seeking the best resolution for opportunities;
- Ensure compliance with Vale's safety, quality, and environmental standards.
