As a Data Analysis Intern, your main responsibilities will include:
Modality: Remote, candidates from all Brazilian states will be accepted

- Support the process of maintaining, organizing, validating, and updating data used by the PAD Quality team, ensuring information is reliable, consistent, and ready for report generation.
- Support reporting activities in SAP BO, including data extraction, updating recurring reports, data verification, and report logic enhancement, when applicable.
- Support the process of creating, maintaining, and enhancing dashboards in Power BI, including data preparation, visualization updates, dashboard usability improvements, and support for recurring management report generation.
- Support the Quality Management System through data, dashboards, AI tools, automation flows, and structured digital solutions.
- Assist in the development and enhancement of AI-enabled solutions, including prompt engineering, AI tool testing, use case documentation, and practical implementation support.
- Support workflows in Power Automate and other automation initiatives, assisting with testing, documentation, data entry, monitoring, and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Contribute to basic programming activities, script creation, data processing, or tool enhancements, when applicable, under team guidance.
- Communicate clearly with the Quality team and other stakeholders, especially to clarify data requirements, reporting needs, dashboard updates, and improvement opportunities.
Minimum requirements
We are looking for individuals with the following skills:
- Knowledge in data management, dashboard development, Artificial Intelligence tools, and prompt engineering is mandatory.
- Advanced English proficiency is required for communication; fluency in English will be considered an advantage.
- Resilience, flexibility, and willingness to work in an international environment.
- Strong analytical skills and interest in data management, report generation, dashboards, automation, and AI-supported workflows.
- Good understanding of data organization, data quality, report logic, and structured documentation.
- Systematic, reliable, and independent work approach, with attention to detail and a focus on data accuracy.
- Ability to provide and receive feedback constructively.
- Ease in preparing structured documentation, summaries, and presentations.
We expect you to have the following educational background
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- Knowledge of SAP BO, Power BI, Excel, Power Automate, programming concepts, or script development will be considered a plus.
