We are looking for an Apprentice to work in the Support area, joining our complementary operations team focused on telephony, user management, and SGD activities. In this position, you will have the opportunity to develop knowledge in technology, support various company departments, and gain experience in a collaborative, innovative, and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform user registration and management in systems (SGD and Telephony).
- Manage access permissions for new and existing employees.
- Create and improve automatic routines and processes.
- Provide functional support to internal clients and users via telephone and in-person assistance.
- Collaborate with different areas linked to the support department.
- Support administrative and operational activities related to the area's systems and processes.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma completed or in progress.
- Affinity with technology and interest in innovation.
- Availability to work in a hybrid model (3 days in person, 1 day of theoretical training, and 1 day of remote work), from 09h to 15h.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of the Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of computers and systems.
- Interest in automation and process improvements.
