Systems Engineer I
Professional responsible for technical customer support, performing failure analysis and systemic debugging of open demands, focusing on quickly resolving problems in short loop contexts, and supporting evolution to long loops when necessary; acts in the creation and updating of technical specifications and in the integration between disciplines (mechanical, software, and electronics/electrical) to ensure systemic coherence, adequate performance, and functionality; contributes to the definition and monitoring of upgrade kits (e.g., fixes and improvements, when applicable), as well as to the preparation/execution of related verification activities (IVV/IVVQ as applicable); finally, coordinates technical interfaces, clarifies impacts and assumptions, and presents/demonstrates proposed solutions to the customer, ensuring technical alignment with the project scope.

Main Responsibilities
- Provide technical customer support with failure analysis and systemic debugging of open demands, prioritizing quick resolution in short loop scenarios and driving evolution to long loops when necessary.
- Create and update technical specifications, ensuring traceability and alignment with customer and project requirements.
- Contribute to the definition and monitoring of upgrade kits (applicable fixes and improvements) and evaluate associated technical impacts.
- Prepare and support the execution of verification/validation activities (IVV/IVVQ as applicable), ensuring compliance with defined criteria.
- Coordinate technical interfaces, clarify assumptions and impacts, and align the proposed solution with the project scope.
- Present and demonstrate technical solutions to the customer, substantiating decisions with evidence and analysis.
- Perform the demonstration of the technical solution to the customer.
- Availability for national and international travel.
Qualifications
- Completed university degree in electrical, electronic, mechanical, automation engineering, or a related field.
- Basic Office Suite
- Intermediate English
- Ability to use laboratory equipment (multimeter and oscilloscope);
- Knowledge of digital and analog hardware and antennas;
- Familiarity with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc...);
- Familiarity with customer support;
- Familiarity with equipment debugging and defect analysis.
