We have an opportunity for IT professionals to work as a Support Technician (Field) - Field, in an on-site field model, based in Ubá, Leopoldina, or São Geraldo/MG, depending on the professional's region of residence and operational needs. The opportunity is exclusively for People with Disabilities (PwD) and professionals rehabilitated by INSS.
We are looking for professionals with experience in field technical support, printer maintenance and repair, who are interested in developing their career at SONDA.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 09 : 00 to 18 : 00.
Additional information
- On-site field work, with a possible base in Ubá, Leopoldina, or São Geraldo/MG;
- Must reside in one of the service regions or have availability for frequent travel;
- No personal vehicle required;
- If a company vehicle is provided, a garage will be required for storing the vehicle and work materials;
- Availability for daily travel, averaging 250 km per service;
- Service within a radius of approximately 200 km, covering localities in the region.

In this role, you will
- Provide technical support in the field, traveling to client sites;
- Perform corrective and preventive maintenance, installation, configuration, and relocation of multifunctional printers and equipment from different manufacturers;
- Provide general microcomputer support and Remote Hands support, when necessary;
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and system failures;
- Ensure compliance with SLAs for service and ticket resolution;
- Update the status of services with the team responsible for ticket management;
- Record all activities performed, including technical reports, photographic evidence, and client validation of the service performed;
- Manage inventory, control, and management of parts, backup equipment, and materials under your responsibility;
- Request parts replacement, perform reverse logistics, and track equipment repairs;
- Engage N3 support teams when necessary, forwarding technical evidence for analysis and component replacement;
- Participate in technical training provided by the company;
- Act in accordance with safety standards, operational procedures, and internal policies of SONDA.
Minimum requirements
Required for the opportunity
- Completed Technical degree in Computer Science, Technology, or related areas;
- Experience in field technical support;
- Experience with installation, configuration, maintenance, and repair of equipment;
- Basic knowledge of electrical/electronics, computing, and networking concepts;
- Experience with in-person user support;
- Knowledge in diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and/or system failures;
- Knowledge in reading and interpreting manuals, diagrams, and technical documentation;
- Experience in preparing technical reports and service orders;
- Good communication, organization, and interpersonal skills;
- Valid, permanent Driver's License, Category B or higher (required);
- Availability for travel and frequent displacements (required).
