Job Overview
We are looking for a Senior SAP VIM Consultant to work on support projects and minor enhancements, ensuring the stability and evolution of OpenText VIM solutions. The professional will be responsible for incident and problem management, as well as working on the integration between different SAP solutions, contributing to the continuity and efficiency of business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on support projects and the implementation of minor enhancements in the SAP VIM environment.
- Manage incidents and problems, ensuring compliance with established SLAs.
- Analyze and support integrations between SAP VIM, SAP MM, SAP DRC, IC4S, and SAP SD.
- Support failure analysis, identify root causes, and propose technical solutions.
- Interact with functional and technical teams to resolve requests and drive continuous improvement.
- Perform technical analysis and validation of developments when necessary.
Requirements
- Solid experience with OpenText VIM (Vendor Invoice Management).
- Experience with integrations between SAP VIM, SAP MM, SAP DRC (Inbound – NF-e de Entrada), IC4S, and SAP SD.
- Experience in incident management, problem management, and support activities.
- Knowledge of IC4S for document capture and classification.
- Knowledge of ABAP for technical analysis and debugging.
- Analytical and proactive profile with the ability to work in collaborative environments.
Language: Spanish preferred
