We are looking for a professional who will act:
- Conduct highly complex functional analyses, proposing innovative solutions aligned with institutional guidelines.
- Lead process mapping and redesign, supporting user areas in digital transformations and operational improvements.
- Act as a technical reference in the evaluation, implementation, and evolution of specialist systems, ensuring adherence to regulatory and governance requirements.
- Support and guide junior and mid-level analysts, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Represent the Systems area in technical forums, institutional committees, and interactions with areas such as Procurement, Legal, Quality, Production, and Research.
- Issue technical opinions, participate in proposal evaluation committees, and lead technical supplier validations.
- Act with protagonism in the elaboration of terms of reference, validation plans, schedules, and specifications.
- Conduct meetings with suppliers, user areas, and internal teams, ensuring clarity of scope, deadlines, and responsibilities.
What are the essential requirements for this position?
- Completed higher education in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, Production Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Biology, or Chemistry.
- Currently pursuing Post-graduate studies or an MBA in Project Management, IT Governance, Process Engineering or Innovation Digital Transformation, Information Management, User Experience (UX)
- Solid experience in implementation or system maintenance projects in regulated environments.
- Experience in SAP EWM/MM.
Desirable
- In-depth knowledge of process mapping, requirements gathering, testing, and homologation.
- Previous experience with tools such as SAP, SoftExpert, SE Suite, UltraVIG, LabWare, or similar.
- Experience with the elaboration of institutional technical documents (opinions, terms of reference, technical reports).
- Strong negotiation skills, conflict management, and strategic meeting facilitation.
