Your mission? Contribute to the evolution of a strategic platform, supporting the development of solutions with quality, scalability, and best practices, while expanding your technical experience.
Your day-to-day at Skeelo will be like this
- Develop APIs and backend services in Node.js for strategic products and integrations.
- Support the construction of APIs consumed by other applications, contributing to quality, scalability, and reliability.
- Engage with the evolution of architecture, messaging, and observability of solutions, using RabbitMQ, DataDog, and Elasticsearch.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions, absorbing best development practices.
- Utilize Artificial Intelligence to accelerate development and increase team productivity.
Minimum requirements
To do this, you will need to have
- Experience with backend development in Node.js and building REST APIs.
- Knowledge of MongoDB and MySQL databases, as well as building APIs consumed by other applications.
- Understanding of messaging (RabbitMQ or similar), observability (DataDog and Elasticsearch), and best architecture practices.
- Familiarity with AI tools applied to development, such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, OpenClaw, n8n or similar.
- Experience (academic or professional) with agile methodologies and a desire to learn in challenging projects.
And it would be great if you also had
- Exposure to distributed systems, high data volume, and production troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of versioning and evolution of APIs, as well as technical documentation using Swagger/OpenAPI.
- Understanding of security for APIs, including authentication, authorization, and rate limiting.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with different areas.
- Experience with TypeScript in backend Node.js, with NestJS or Fastify.
