Introduction

We are looking for new colleagues! Migrando is a legal-tech company based in Cottbus. We have made it our mission to make the complicated and lengthy process of naturalization more efficient and customer-friendly. With our expertise in immigration law, our legal competence, and a strong team of numerous employees, we successfully accompany thousands of clients on their way to German citizenship. It is best to get an insight right away at migrando(.)de/karriere, our career page. Because we can write whatever we want here, in the end, it remains a boring introduction.

We don't care what certificates you have or where you studied. What we are interested in: What can you actually do? Anyone who has worked in practice for years and gained hands-on experience brings more to the table than any course degree. For us, what counts most is what you are really capable of in practice — your multi-year, relevant experience. Formal degrees and certificates are secondary if your skills are convincing.

What we offer

For you, a CRM is not just an administrative task, but a strategic tool. With us, you get responsibility for a HubSpot setup that has a real impact on marketing, sales, and service — and the freedom to shape it in a way that delivers optimal results.

Hubspot Enterprise

We invest monthly in one of the most powerful CRM systems on the market. You not only get access to it, but also the responsibility to further develop it together with the team. From data architecture and workflows to the integration landscape — you actively help shape how our HubSpot looks and functions.

Open to new ideas

If you have a better idea for a workflow, a new logic in the customer journey, or a clearer pipeline structure, you won't hear "That's how we've always done it" from us. You will hear: "When can you start?"

AI as a real tool

We actively use AI in our daily work — for faster analyses, better automations, and new approaches. Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini are each available to you in the Pro version.

High-end hardware of your choice

Whether a MacBook or Windows tower — you decide. Plus 4K monitors and everything you need for focused work.

Small teams instead of an open-plan office

You work in manageable teams where people know each other and can quickly start a conversation.

Music while working

We don't frown if you put on headphones. If it helps you (and doesn't bother anyone else), you are also welcome to blast heavy metal through a sound system at your desk.

Modern old-building office in the heart of Cottbus

High ceilings, plenty of daylight, plants in the rooms, and an inner courtyard for a break in between. You can take a look at our premises on our website.

Ergonomic workspace with modern equipment

Back-friendly chair, height-adjustable desk, two large monitors, a high-quality headset, a powerful laptop, and a quiet environment.

Home office option

Basically, we work in the office because collaboration and on-site exchange are important to us. At the same time, working from home is possible at any time. Even spontaneously and without long coordination.

Trust-based working hours without core hours

We have no prescribed time windows in which you must be present.

Flexible part-time models

Whether a 4-day week, 30 hours, or an individual model. Your job should fit your life, not the other way around.

Taking vacation spontaneously

Sometimes you just need a break. We plan our teams so that spontaneous days off are also possible, without any stress or guilty conscience.

Family-friendly culture

Sick children, parent-teacher evenings, or a last-minute doctor's appointment — we know that such situations are part of everyday life. Family and health have priority for us.

Short communication channels

With us, you don't have to climb through hierarchies or write long emails to be heard. You can speak directly with colleagues, team leads, or management at any time. Decisions are made quickly, exchange is direct, and no one sits in an "ivory tower."

Help shape things instead of just processing them

We are looking for colleagues who think along with us. If you have an idea of how a process can run better, a tool would be useful, or a workflow could work smarter, then you will be heard.

Meaningful work

Your work has a direct impact on people's lives. You support them in arriving in Germany, finding security, and starting a new chapter. This is not dry office work — it is work with real meaning and tangible impact.

In-house feel-good offers

Our feel-good manager regularly provides small breaks — from neck and shoulder massages to short relaxation and beauty sessions to moments to catch your breath.

Regular team events

We like to celebrate. Summer party by the lake, cozy Christmas party, Halloween bash, joint lunches, or after-work dinners with the department. Our events ensure that we grow together as a team and can also put everyday work aside. But don't worry: attendance is not mandatory and leaving early is also no problem.

In-house fitness room

Our own fitness room is available to you directly in the building — free of charge, well-equipped, and accessible at any time.

Possible areas of responsibility

As a CRM Manager, you bring order, structure, and clarity into the system — and keep them there. You build processes that work for all teams, ensure clean data, and develop a HubSpot that feels logical and is actually used. You work closely with development, marketing, sales, and the law firm.

  1. Hubspot architecture & administration

You are a central point of contact for the technical and procedural maintenance of our Hubspot CRM (Sales, Marketing, Service Hub) — including user, permission, and data management.

  1. Designing and implementing workflow automation

You design and implement data-driven workflows — for lead qualification, email sequences, customer onboarding, and internal processes. You don't just build what is requested, but recognize where automation really makes sense.

  1. Managing integrations

You oversee the connection of HubSpot to third-party systems — Backend, internal tools, N8N — and ensure that data flows cleanly, completely, and without manual intermediate steps.

  1. Reporting & analysis

You develop dashboards for marketing, sales, and management that not only show numbers but also enable recommendations for action. You make the customer journey, sales pipeline, and service metrics transparent for everyone.

  1. Form and landing page integration

You implement new forms or Hubspot landing pages and ensure that the data is processed correctly and without manual steps in the CRM.

  1. Testing new functions

You test new features in the sandbox, evaluate beta functions, and provide well-founded feedback before anything goes live. You know what HubSpot can do — and which parts of it are really relevant for us.

  1. Introduction and maintenance of integrations

Whether it's a ticket system, forms, booking tools, analytics, or payment providers — you connect new systems to HubSpot and keep existing integrations up to date.

  1. Segmentation & target group logic

You build clean lists, dynamic segments, and filters — so that the right people are reached at the right time with the right content.

  1. Quality assurance

You regularly look over our database and ensure that everything is logically structured, up-to-date, and easy to use. If something can be named better, you take care of it. If there are unused fields, you clarify their purpose and delete them if necessary.

Your profile

For us, degrees or certificates don't count — but experience and a sound understanding of how a CRM really works do. We are looking for someone who thinks end-to-end, understands data, and not only documents processes but improves them. We are looking for colleagues who ideally bring several years of experience and are ready to take on responsibility.

  1. Sound Hubspot experience

You have not only used HubSpot (or a comparable CRM) but also administered, configured, and further developed it. You know the logic behind objects, properties, workflows, and pipelines — and know where the system's limits lie.

  1. Process mindset

You question existing processes instead of just continuing them. If something is inefficient, you want to understand and improve it — not just report it.

  1. Analytical skills

You don't just analyze CRM data, you interpret it in context and derive clear recommendations for action from it. Clean data is not a matter of course for you, but a task that you actively take on.

  1. Innovation and curiosity

You question processes instead of just processing them — and like to find ways to make them simpler, smarter, or faster. You are curious, like to click through new functions, and try out what else HubSpot can do.

  1. Willingness to learn

Workflows & automations do not scare you — on the contrary, you are keen to deal with them and deepen your knowledge.

  1. Solution-oriented work

You don't just pass on problems. You analyze, prioritize, and develop solution approaches — independently and in coordination with the right colleagues.

  1. No formal requirements

You don't need a degree or 30 further training courses. We want to find talents and capable new colleagues. Even if you don't meet all the points here — we are looking for experienced and responsible colleagues, ideally you have been active in the field for many years and have been able to take away many learnings. Because that is exactly what we are interested in: clean, long-term robust problem solutions. And you usually only have those after you have had to learn it the hard way for some time.

  1. Simple communication

You are communicative and open. Actually, we don't want to write generic things here, but this point is important. Good cooperation often beats pure know-how. A colleague with whom cooperation is pleasant and smooth can be more valuable in everyday life than someone with more know-how, but with whom communication is rather sluggish.

  1. German or English

You speak German or English or ideally both (approx. B2 level). Don't worry, we don't expect proof of language level. Parent-ID position original language
