Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for the internal IT infrastructure and its strategic development
- Conception, architecture, and optimization of networks, servers, storage, clients, and virtualization
- Responsibility for IT security, backup, monitoring, IAM, and business continuity
- Establishment and further development of ISMS, ISO 27001, and BSI IT-Grundschutz
- Design and operation of modern DevOps, CI/CD, container, and cloud environments
- Management of IT service providers, technology partners, and IT budgets
Qualifications
- Completed degree in a technical field, IT vocational training, or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in the conception, operation, and optimization of complex IT infrastructures
- Sound knowledge of networks, IT security, Linux/Windows, servers, storage, and virtualization
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, automation, as well as container and cloud technologies
- Sound knowledge of ISMS, ISO 27001, and BSI IT-Grundschutz
- Structured, independent working style as well as very good German and English language skills
