Together with the IT team, you will ensure that our systems, networks, and digital processes function in a stable, reliable, and smooth manner. You will actively contribute new ideas and work with us to further develop IT workflows.
Your daily work routine is varied: sometimes in the office with your colleagues, in server rooms, or directly in our residential quarters.
Your tasks at a glance
- IT system landscape: Support in the planning, setup, networking, maintenance, and monitoring of systems and networks
- IT support: Point of contact for colleagues regarding technical questions, support in IT help desk tasks, e.g., workstation setup
- Incident and IT security management: Analysis and resolution of errors and malfunctions, securing IT systems
Apprenticeship compensation
We pay according to the collective agreement for the housing industry. As of now, the apprenticeship compensation is tiered as follows:
- Year of apprenticeship: 1.280,00 €
- Year of apprenticeship: 1.390,00 €
- Year of apprenticeship: 1.500,00 €
