We are looking for a specialist to work in Operational Efficiency within the FSBU (Financial Services Business Unit) as a Business Operations Specialist (Risk & Fraud), an area that is currently consolidating and has high visibility at Hotmart.
This person will be responsible for identifying fraud patterns, proposing preventive and corrective improvements, and structuring automation solutions that reduce manual activities and increase operational efficiency.

Here, your responsibilities will be:
- Identify suspicious behavior patterns, fraud trends, and new attack vectors through data analysis;
- Act proactively, proposing preventive and corrective improvements in fraud variables and participating in the creation of prevention norms and rules in the Risk and FDM systems;
- Develop automation solutions to optimize fraud investigation and mitigation processes, reducing false positives and improving operational efficiency;
- Conduct internal audits related to the area's processes and controls;
- Map operational bottlenecks and structure automated solutions for manual and repetitive workflows;
- Validate hypotheses and pilots before scaling them to engineering teams;
- Collaborate with internal teams such as IT, Data Science, Operations, Business, and Products to develop and implement fraud prevention solutions;
- Act as the focal point for the end-to-end fraud front, revisiting processes whenever necessary to ensure the best outcome for the problem;
- Stay updated on fraud and risk analysis trends, techniques, and new approaches.
SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Fraud and risk analysis: experience with fraud prevention and combat, risk analysis, and identification of suspicious patterns.
- Automation and operational efficiency: ability to design and implement solutions for process optimization, focusing on reducing manual activities and achieving scale.
- Programming and data: proficiency in SQL and Python for analysis, investigation, and building automated solutions.
- Data visualization: knowledge of Power BI for monitoring indicators and supporting decision-making.
- Process mapping: ability to identify bottlenecks, revisit workflows, and propose continuous improvements.
- Analytical decision-making: ability to act with precision, agility, and critical thinking in complex scenarios.
- Multidisciplinary collaboration: close work with areas such as IT, Data Science, Operations, Business, and Products for joint solution building.
- AI: knowledge of Cloude//GeminiPro or Hotmart's official tools (Quiro/Astrobox) will be considered a plus.
