At Getnet, we are looking for a Senior Implementation and Support Executive to join our team in São Paulo.

📌 What you will do
- Act directly as the focal point for projects (medium and high complexity - size/package of off-the-shelf solutions) in the physical world, involving the necessary areas and ensuring quality and speed.
- Develop relationships with the payment methods market (software houses/commercial automations).
- Evaluate, understand, train, and support clients during the implementation process, acting as their onboarding facilitator.
- Maintain continuous communication about project phases, providing reports through the tools adopted by the department.
- Propose solutions that assist clients with their infrastructure and payment method needs.
- Contribute knowledge, aiming for continuous improvement in internal processes, the quality of services provided, tangible and intangible company results, and market relationships.
- Work on improvement initiatives for the area, acting as a technical reference for the team.
- Map the client's environment, plan the implementation, and coordinate with involved areas to execute their responsibilities according to the established timeline with the client.
- Possess didactic skills and mastery to multiply knowledge of product functionalities and their applications to other employees.
- Ensure compliance with information security policies and guidelines and adherence of activities to them.
- Support the client in accessing portals, enabling electronic statements, answering sales-related questions during the pilot period, and informing clients about communication channels after pilots and implementations.
- Ensure the best client experience during their onboarding.
- Develop relationships with internal commercial areas to support them and meet their requests for new client implementations and expansion of new stores.
- Liaise with logistics to ensure compliance with SLAs for the delivery of POS/PINPAD terminals for our clients.
- Work with internal areas, such as registration, on client-related matters like duplicate merchant accounts or changes in registration data.
- Support Get Atende as N2 in high-complexity demands.
- Act according to the guidelines of the Company's official workflows, policies, and regulations.
- Support leadership by proposing suggestions and ideas for continuous improvement and critical analysis of their area's processes, as well as in identifying, recording, and addressing non-conformities.
