Job Description

Act as a senior reference for MIS, leading the evolution of governance, quality, validation, automation, and availability of data and indicators for the Customer Care board. The position will focus on ensuring reliable data, reducing manual activities, structuring robust validations, and transforming indicators into insights to support decision-making.

Main responsibilities

  1. Structure data governance, indicators, and official sources for MIS.
  1. Create and maintain a data dictionary and critical KPIs for the board.
  1. Develop a checklist for automated publication and validation of indicators.
  1. Create quality, consistency, and reconciliation controls for databases.
  1. Evaluate and support the implementation of data and database validation tools.
  1. Automate manual routines for extraction, processing, updating, and publishing information.
  1. Support the construction, maintenance, and evolution of dashboards in Power BI.
  1. Work with databases in SQL, DW, Databricks, Fabric, and Azure.
  1. Use Python for automation, validation, and data processing.
  1. Version and document technical solutions using GitHub.
  1. Support the standardization of MIS dashboards, databases, and processes.
  1. Create a routine for operational insights, connecting indicators to causes, impacts, and recommendations.
  1. Work transversally with Planning and Budget, connecting operational data, capacity, and financial vision.
  1. Support the reduction of rework, post-publication errors, and technical dependencies.
  1. Be a technical reference and knowledge multiplier for the team.

Minimum requirements

Technical Requirements

  1. Advanced experience in SQL and databases.
  1. Experience with Data Warehouse — DW.
  1. Knowledge of Databricks.
  1. Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric.
  1. Knowledge of Azure.
  1. Experience with Python for automation, processing, and data validation.
  1. Experience in Power BI, data modeling, and dashboard construction.
  1. Knowledge of Tableau Prep for preparing and processing databases.
  1. Experience with Visual Studio or VS Code.
  1. Knowledge of GitHub for versioning and documentation.
  1. Familiarity with AI tools applied to productivity, analysis, and automation.
  1. Knowledge or experience with data validation/data quality tools.
