About the Area

Essential Job Functions
- Perform continuous monitoring of network environments (LAN, WLAN, SD-WAN) and basic security tools
- Monitor alerts and connectivity events (including LTE, NAC, proxy, and remote access)
- Execute runbooks and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for support and initial incident resolution
- Open, categorize, and triage incidents, ensuring correct routing and prioritization
- Escalate incidents to higher levels (N2) based on impact and severity criteria
- Assist in verifying the status and basic operation of network devices such as switches, access points, and security equipment
- Provide initial user support and communication with internal teams
- Work in an on-site model (in São Bernardo do Campo) in shifts for 24x7 (NOC) operations
Minimum requirements
Basic Qualifications
- Knowledge of computer networks (TCP/IP, LAN, WLAN, basic routing)
- Knowledge of network security (VPN, firewall, access control)
- Familiarity with monitoring concepts and ticketing/incident management tools
- Understanding of cloud environments and connectivity (cloud networking)
- Ability to follow operational procedures and technical documentation
- Good communication skills for interaction with users and technical teams
- Collaborative attitude and a focus on continuous learning
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of SD-WAN, NAC, or proxy solutions (e.g., Zscaler)
- Familiarity with enterprise wireless networks and controllers (WLC)
- Basic understanding of Secure Access (ZTNA / ZPA)
- Exposure to network equipment such as switches, routers, and access points
- Knowledge of load balancing (Cloud Load Balancer)
- Intermediate/Advanced English
