What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like
As a Tech Lead Java, you will work in the Systems area, and your main activities will be:
- Develop and evolve backend applications using Java and microservices architecture;
- Participate in the definition and implementation of high availability and scalability technical solutions;
- Work with multidisciplinary teams in all stages of the development cycle;
- Contribute to the evolution of architecture, code quality, and delivery process automation;
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in application performance, observability, security, and stability;
- Participate in agile ceremonies and actively collaborate in building the solution roadmap.

Hybrid - 2x On-site
Unit: Osasco - SP, Curitiba - PR, Recife - PE or Rio de Janeiro - RJ
Requirements
- Completed Bachelor's Degree;
- Solid experience in Java backend development, working with microservices-based architectures and integrations between corporate systems, APIs, and distributed services;
- Knowledge of Cloud Computing (Azure, AWS or Google Cloud), applying best practices for architecture, development, security, and solution scalability;
- Experience in defining and implementing high availability, high performance, observability, and application stability solutions;
- Experience in identifying and driving continuous improvement opportunities, promoting architectural evolution, code quality, and delivery process automation;
- Experience in technical leadership of multidisciplinary teams, supporting professionals of different seniority levels and contributing to the team's technical development;
- Experience in multidisciplinary squads, participating in all stages of the software development lifecycle, from conception to solution support;
- Knowledge of agile methodologies, with active participation in ceremonies, planning, and building the technological roadmap for initiatives.
It will be a differential if you have:
- Experience in APIs-oriented, event-driven, and distributed architecture;
- Knowledge of DevSecOps practices, test automation, and observability;
- Cloud certifications;
- Experience in leading technical discussions, defining architecture, and making strategic decisions.
