You Will Be Responsible For
- Designing and maintaining the reference architecture for the Generative AI and Agents platform, covering serving, RAG, observability, and security.
- Designing multi-agent architectures, workflows, and orchestration mechanisms.
- Defining corporate standards for integration between agents, models (LLMs), APIs, legacy systems, and the semantic layer (Unity Catalog / semantic contracts), including MCP and A2A.
- Establishing the cost, performance, and quality governance framework (LLMOps/AgentOps) for models and agents in production.
- Evaluating and recommending LLM technologies, frameworks, and providers (build vs. buy), conducting proof-of-concepts and technical risk analyses.
- Leading AI security and compliance architecture decisions (access control, auditing, LGPD, privacy-by-design, and guardrails).
- Reviewing and approving ADRs from AI Engineering squads, ensuring adherence to corporate standards.
- Defining the multi-tenant scalability strategy for the agent platform, including isolation, quotas, and prioritization.
- Conducting risk assessments and contingency plans for model failures, external dependencies, and service degradation.
- Acting as a technical reference and mentor for AI Engineers and Agent Builders, conducting technical reviews and producing reusable standards and reference guides.
- Representing the AI architecture in Corporate Architecture forums and committees, translating technical decisions for executive leadership.
- Collaborating with Governance and Information Security in defining responsible AI usage policies.
- Ensuring that activities in your area align with Health and Safety requirements;
- Knowing and Complying with the golden rules and FPS requirements.
Projects you will work on
- Strategic HR and Controlling Projects: participation in relevant business initiatives, focusing on transforming data into insights and supporting strategic decisions.
- Building the Data & Analytics area: an opportunity to contribute to defining standards, processes, and best practices, helping to structure and strengthen the area.
- Generating business impact: working closely with partner areas, connecting business needs with analytical solutions that generate value.
- Development opportunity: experience that combines business vision, analytical capacity, and participation in building solutions and processes.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, AI, or related fields.
- Solid experience in software/solutions architecture, with proven experience in delivering products with LLMs and agents in production.
- Architecture of solutions with Generative AI and LLMs at scale (multi-model and multi-tenant).
- Agent and multi-agent architectures: planning, tool use / function calling, memory, and orchestration.
- Advanced enterprise-level RAG: ingestion, chunking, re-ranking, hybrid search, vector stores, and index access policies.
- Agent frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Databricks Agent Framework, or equivalents).
- Protocols and integration: APIs REST, MCP, A2A, and integration with corporate systems.
- Databricks (Unity Catalog, MLflow 3.x, Model Serving, and Lakehouse) at the architecture level.
- Cloud and platform: Azure (Azure OpenAI / AI Foundry), AKS/Kubernetes, CI/CD, containers, and IaC.
- Advanced Python.
- Evaluation of LLM technologies and providers (build vs. buy), conducting proof-of-concepts, and technical risk analysis.
- Resilience and high availability architecture (fallbacks, contingency, isolation, quotas, and prioritization in multi-tenant environments).
- LLMOps/AgentOps and observability (OpenTelemetry, Langfuse, or similar), model evaluation, and controlled experimentation.
- AI security, privacy, and governance (RBAC, secrets, auditing, LGPD, guardrails, and red teaming).
- Cost and latency optimization (AI FinOps, caching, fallbacks, streaming, and model routing).
It will be a differential if you present:
- Model fine-tuning (PEFT/LoRA).
- Model Risk Management (model cards, change management, bias and harm assessment).
- Participation in defining corporate AI platforms.
- Experience with other AI clouds (Amazon Bedrock, Vertex AI).
- Experience in an industrial context.
- Participation in Corporate Architecture forums or technology committees.
- Cloud or Architecture certifications.
