You Will Be Responsible For
- Identifying, with business areas, automation opportunities with AI agents.
- Creating and evolving agents and copilots, structuring flows, journeys, decision rules, prompts, and context.
- Integrating agents with APIs, systems, and corporate databases, with grounding in governed data (Unity Catalog).
- Testing, homologating, and validating scenarios, continuously improving response quality.
- Supporting the evaluation of result quality and defining human intervention points (human-in-the-loop).
- Monitoring agent usage, performance, and cost metrics, reporting failures and improvements.
- Registering agent executions, versions, and parameters in MLflow, under the guidance of mid-level/senior professionals.
- Documenting scope, dependencies, limitations, and agent usage playbooks.
- Validating basic security and privacy requirements (sensitive data, logs, and tokens).
- Supporting the maintenance of agents in production and sharing learnings with the team through demos and documentation.
- Ensuring that activities in your area align with Health and Safety requirements;
- Knowing and Complying with the golden rules and FPS requirements.
Projects you will work on
- Strategic HR and Controlling projects: participation in initiatives relevant to the business, focusing on transforming data into insights and supporting strategic decisions.
- Building the Data & Analytics area: opportunity to contribute to defining standards, processes, and best practices, helping to structure and strengthen the area.
- Generating business impact: working closely with partner areas, connecting business needs with analytical solutions that generate value.
- Development opportunity: experience that combines business vision, analytical capability, and participation in building solutions and processes.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or related fields.
- Initial experience with Python, automation, or AI agents, including academic or personal projects.
- Programming logic and Python for integrations, scripts, and consumption of APIs.
- APIs REST, JSON, and webhooks: structuring calls, validating data, and integrating agents with systems.
- Fundamentals of generative AI and LLMs: prompt engineering, context management, instructions, and agent behavior.
- Structuring conversational flows (intents, fallback, journeys, and decision rules).
- Low-code agent platforms (e.g., Copilot Studio, Databricks Genie, or similar).
- Basic SQL and database concepts.
- Basic Git and version control.
- Testing, homologation, and validation of flows and agent response quality.
- Monitoring basic agent usage, performance, and cost metrics.
- Organized technical documentation; experience with agile methodologies and task management (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
- Notions of data security and privacy (LGPD, sensitive data, logs, and tokens).
It will be a differential if you have
- Agent frameworks and LLM APIs (LangChain, LangGraph, Databricks Agent Framework, OpenAI/Azure OpenAI).
- RAG, embeddings, and vector databases.
- Notions of MCP (Model Context Protocol) and tool usage by agents.
- Notions of MLflow (tracking executions, versions, and parameters) and Unity Catalog (governed data).
- Experience with multiple agents / multi-agent systems.
- Notions of Docker and AI evaluation techniques (including human-in-the-loop).
- Experience with chatbots, process automation, or customer service.
