Amazon Web Services Brazil values Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) in all our job positions, and therefore we act with intentionality so that our internal environment reflects the plurality of the markets in which we operate and the clients we serve.
In Brazil, we have structured a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee composed of representatives from different areas and positions because we understand that this agenda requires different perspectives and multiple experiences. Our leadership is engaged and increasingly understands its role in disseminating and practicing our leadership principles, with the goal of being 'the best company to work for in the world.' We are aware of our responsibility and need for change, and we are conscious that 'Success and growth bring great responsibilities.' Our affinity groups are formed by volunteer people from different business units and are active participants in defining DE&I strategies. Furthermore, they act as ambassadors for this agenda and will support you from Day 1. Remember, 'it's always Day 1.' The groups are organized around the following fronts: BEN - Black Employee Network, Women@Amazon, Glamazon (LGBTQIA+), and People with Disabilities.
