Do you want to do more than just administer Microsoft cloud technologies? At alphacaps, you will take on a central role in expanding our Microsoft platform. Your focus will be on Azure, Entra ID, Microsoft 365 and Intune, as well as modern cloud security solutions.
Together with our IT team, you will ensure that cloud, security, and infrastructure work together reliably. In doing so, you will contribute your own ideas and take responsibility for forward-looking IT topics.
Developing modern IT infrastructure
- Operation and further development of our network and site infrastructure including LAN, WLAN, WAN, and site connectivity
- Support for our Windows server, virtualization, backup, and monitoring environments
- Analysis and sustainable resolution of incidents in business-critical IT systems
- Participation in infrastructure, Modern Workplace, and digitalization projects
Microsoft Cloud, Entra ID & Modern Workplace
- Administration and strategic development of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Azure services
- Design and securing of modern end devices using Intune, compliance policies, and standardized deployment processes
- Further development of Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and other Microsoft 365 services
- Standardization and automation of recurring cloud, administration, and deployment processes
Cloud Security, Identity Protection & Collaboration
- Conception and further development of modern cloud security mechanisms in the Microsoft environment
- Implementation and maintenance of Conditional Access, multi-factor authentication, Identity Protection, and role-based access concepts
- Further development of our security landscape with Microsoft Defender, Endpoint Protection, firewall, backup, and monitoring
- Support for governance, compliance, and information security topics, for example in the context of NIS2
Minimum requirements
The perfect addition to our team
You have completed vocational training as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) or hold a comparable qualification, and have several years of professional experience in IT administration.
- Several years of experience in IT administration, systems engineering, or a comparable role
- Sound practical knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune
- Good understanding of modern cloud security mechanisms, especially identity security, Conditional Access, and Zero Trust
- Good knowledge of Windows server and network environments
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
- Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken
What we would also be happy to see
- Experience with Microsoft Defender, security monitoring, or automation with PowerShell
- Knowledge of Hyper-V, VMware, or comparable virtualization platforms
- Knowledge of modern site connectivity, ideally SASE or Cato Networks, and experience with IT documentation, governance, or compliance requirements
