CCPA and your rights

Updated August 14, 2026 · 2 min

This guide turns the rights the CCPA, as amended by the CPRA, gives California residents into practical steps: knowing what is collected, accessing a copy, correcting it, deleting it and limiting sensitive data, with clear contacts and response times.

1

Who responds and under which law

Nort determines the purposes of the data on this page and acts as a business. Because the page is offered to people in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, applies to this processing. No legal entity or privacy officer has been appointed yet: Anderton Rodrigues leads the project and [email protected] is the privacy channel.

2

What is collected and why

We process the technical data needed to keep the page secure and working, the preferences you set and whatever you choose to send by email. Analytics, attribution and chat stay off until you opt in. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

3

Rights the CCPA gives you

You may request to know what is collected and for what purpose, obtain a copy in a portable format, correct inaccurate information, delete what we hold and limit the use of sensitive personal information. You may not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.

4

From request to closure

Email [email protected]. We acknowledge receipt, request only what is needed to verify your identity, assess scope and statutory exceptions, respond through a secure channel and record closure. Never send a password or a full identity document unless it is requested through a secure channel.

5

Response times

We confirm receipt within 10 business days and answer within 45 calendar days of the request. That period may be extended once by a further 45 days when reasonably necessary, with notice of the reason. Deletion is completed within that window unless a legal duty, a justified technical limit or the defense of rights prevents it.

6

Transfers and complaints

Processing takes place outside California, in Brazil and in the countries of our service providers, under contractual safeguards. If our answer does not resolve your request, you may complain to the California Privacy Protection Agency or to the California Attorney General.
