Weeks of coding, testing and collaboration turned a challenge from Comunidade Juninhos and Nort into working projects. The goal was to help candidates validate their technical knowledge before a job interview. Today, we celebrate the work delivered and the winning teams.
A real problem to solve together
The Juninhos + Nortjobs Hackathon invited participants to make technical skills easier to demonstrate. According to the community’s account shared in September 2026, more than 100 people signed up. Over several weeks, teams made technical decisions, connected the different parts of their applications and worked towards a deadline.
Nort’s technical panel reviewed the solutions’ logic, version-control practices and creativity. The evaluation recognized the quality of the work and the ability to turn an idea into something that runs.
The winning teams
The three winning teams receive a total of 1,750 Brazilian reais. All prize amounts below are in Brazilian currency (BRL).
1st place — KANdo (R$800.00)
Team members: Nícolas Silva Gomes, Andreia Lima, Karina S.
2nd place — DevReady (R$550.00)
Team members: Isabela Duarte, João Pedro Panza Mainieri, Eduarda Deiró, Geovanna Silva.
3rd place — Trail Blazers (R$400.00)
Team members: Matheus Aroxa, Vinícius Leôncio, Dayvson Farias, Filipe Moreira.
What remains after the results
KANdo presented Talent Passport, a proposal for validating skills through practice. In the community’s account, the team described replacing a discontinued AI model shortly before delivery and integrating an alternative within the deadline.
Other teams also shared valuable experiences. Code Queens built StackCheck for technical assessment and feedback, highlighting communication, architecture and organization. Miragem worked on matching résumés to job openings and faced the challenge of connecting frontend and backend.
These lessons go beyond the rankings. Collaborating, adapting to change, using version control and explaining technical decisions are all part of development work. Each completed project is a concrete experience to share in a portfolio or a professional conversation.
Thank you to everyone who built something
Congratulations to KANdo, DevReady and Trail Blazers, and to everyone who formed teams, tested ideas and delivered a project. Our partnership with Comunidade Juninhos showed how much people can learn when they have room to experiment, make mistakes, adapt and build together.
