About NORT
Recruitment in reverse
We know what it's like. Weeks rewriting your resume, dozens of applications sent into the void, tests repeated at every company, and in the end, silence. You give your best and the answer almost never comes. The job search has become a job in itself, and nobody should have to go through that.
NORT was born from that frustration. We are a reverse recruitment platform where candidates complete a single scientifically validated assessment and start being found by companies with real proposals and salaries visible from the first contact.
We flipped the logic. Here, companies search for you. You choose.
Values
We believe that...
Your time has value
Nobody should have to retake the same test for every job, rewrite the same resume for every company, or wait months for an answer that never comes. Your effort deserves to be leveraged, not discarded.
Competence is measured, not guessed
Hiring decisions shouldn't depend on an interviewer's intuition or your performance on a bad day. We use globally validated frameworks to measure what truly matters.
You're the one who chooses
Traditional recruitment puts candidates in a position of waiting and submission. We reversed that. Here, companies find you and compete for your attention with transparent proposals.
Methodology
How we assess
NORT's assessment covers three dimensions in one session. Each module uses an open, internationally recognized framework, which makes results comparable across candidates from any country. The platform operates in 14 languages.
Personality and behavioral profile
Based on the Big Five (IPIP-NEO), the most studied psychometric model for professional contexts. Measures five dimensions and thirty sub-facets, generating a detailed behavioral profile. It is the same framework used by consultancies like McKinsey and by People Analytics teams at technology companies.
Language proficiency
Follows the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference) standard, the European Union's reference recognized in more than 180 countries. The assessment is adaptive and measures reading, writing, listening comprehension, and oral expression, classifying the candidate from A1 to C2.
Technical competence in a real environment
Instead of algorithmic puzzles, the candidate works in a real environment with IDE, code execution, and automated tests. Challenges include code review, debugging, and practical problems in more than 20 languages. An additional module evaluates collaboration with AI.
All frameworks used are in the public domain, auditable, and documented in academic literature. Results can be verified by any company on the platform.
