What you get to do
- 01Answer incoming phone calls concerning general park information, regarding employees, contractors & guests
- 02Disseminate park & emergency information to appropriate employees
- 03Monitor emergency alarm systems park-wide
- 04Monitor multiple radio frequencies and disseminate information via 2-way radios, voice, digital pagers and telephones
- 05Assist and respond to various priority calls, including First Aid and to properly identify emergency situations and disseminate proper emergency procedures
- 06Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- 07Coordinate with Security Management Team to ensure guest services and quality goals are achieved to include administrative support
- 08Perform other duties as assigned
What it takes to succeed
- 09High school diploma or equivalent
- 10At least 18 years old
- 11Experience in Security and/or Emergency Dispatch environment
- 12Valid state driver’s license
- 13Able to complete provided CPR training/certification
- 14Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- 15Able to multi-task and adapt to changes in a fast paced work environment
- 16Able to work indoors with or without A/C for entire shift
- 17Able to sit for long periods of time
- 18Available to work varying shifts/hours based on business need, to include opening, mid-, and closing shifts; nights, weekends, and holidays hours
- 191 year administrative or related experience preferred
- 20Possession of a valid state driver’s license preferred
