Product Engineer

Description Mittera is looking for a Product Engineer to join our growing team! As a Product Engineer in our collectible card manufacturing division, you will be responsible for engineering, optimizing, and documenting all production processes from initial printing through final pack-out. This key role bridges technical production knowledge with business operations, working directly with the estimating team to establish accurate pricing and templates.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Engineer comprehensive production workflows for card manufacturing, ensuring quality, efficiency, and scalability Create and maintain product specifications, bills of materials, and manufacturing documentation. Design and optimize card finishing processes including cutting, mixing, and specialty treatments Manage engineering changes and ensure updated specifications are communicated to estimating and production floor Create detailed pack-out specifications for various product configurations Create mixes and programs for collation and the wrappers Perform pack-out checks with the customer and address any questions or issues that arise during the start-up process Collaborate with the estimating department to develop accurate pricing Identify opportunities to improve product quality, cost, and production efficiency. Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions Stay current with industry innovations and implement process improvements
