What to expect
- In your role based in Cologne, you will take on a key position as a specialist for information risk management and information security, shaping the framework and structures for our organization.
- With your expertise, you will support the implementation of regulatory requirements, such as DORA or MaGo, as well as international standards like ISO27001 or NIST CSF, and ensure that Zurich is always up to date with the latest regulations.
- You will review and monitor the transparent and compliant implementation of requirements across the organization and serve as a contact person for the company's governance functions.
- You will develop and support processes in operational risk management, thereby assisting in the collaboration with the Zurich Group's corporate risk management.
What you bring
- A completed degree with a focus on IT management, IT security, IT regulation, risk management, or comparable fields.
- Several years of professional experience in a corporate or consulting environment, ideally in the field of information security, risk management, or a governance function.
- Sound knowledge of current IT regulations, particularly regarding requirements such as DORA and MaGo, as well as related topics like the EU AI Act, etc.
- Experience in conducting or supporting examinations and audits.
- The ability to solve complex issues in a structured and independent manner and to communicate them clearly, to take responsibility for tasks, and to actively contribute.
