About the opportunity
Our purpose is to create technologies that challenge the best in the world and change the game for our clients. That is why we look for professionals who want to be part of a culture based on excellence and innovation. If you identify with a collaborative work environment driven by curiosity, come build the future of technology with us.
Your central role will be to design and implement robust and scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform, ensuring technical excellence from the requirements phase to production. You will be part of a high-impact, multidisciplinary environment, acting as a technical reference in the definition of architectures, automations, and complex integrations, always with a focus on security, governance, and best practices.
What you will do here
- Design and implement end-to-end solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Model data (objects, relationships, record types, layouts, validation rules) in alignment with business processes.
- Build automations using Flow and Apex, selecting the best approach (low-code vs. code) for each scenario.
- Develop and evolve integrations with other systems (REST/SOAP, events, APIs).
- Implement and maintain frontend components in Lightning (LWC), properly integrated with Apex.
- Ensure platform security and governance by managing profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and data access control.
- Write clean, testable code that adheres to market standards (TriggerHandler, Service, Repository, etc.).
- Create and maintain automated tests (Apex and Jest), focusing on quality and real coverage of business rules.
- Actively participate in code reviews, proposing technical and design improvements.
- Support less experienced developers, guiding them and disseminating best practices for the Salesforce platform.
What we expect you to know
- Solid experience in Salesforce Configuration (custom objects, record types, layouts, formulas, and security/access).
- Proficiency in declarative automation with medium/high complexity Flows.
- Strong proficiency in Apex development (Object-Oriented Programming, collections, SOQL/SOSL, DML, Triggers, and asynchronous processes such as Queueable, Batchable, Future, Schedulable).
- Proven experience in building and consuming REST/SOAP integrations (callouts, Named Credentials, error handling).
- Deep knowledge of platform governor limits and the ability to design optimized solutions.
- Practical experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), lifecycle, and LWC ↔ Apex integration.
- Knowledge of using Git, Salesforce deployment flow concepts, and basic use of SFDX.
What would be great for you to know
- Solid knowledge of Architecture & Design (SOLID principles, Clean Code, DDD, and Design Patterns applied in Apex/JS).
- Experience with advanced integrations (Streaming API, Platform Events, Bulk API, Graph API) and idempotency/observability strategies.
- Advanced frontend unit testing practices using Jest.
- Experience with the configuration and use of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab, etc.) and advanced use of SFDX (scratch orgs, source tracking).
- Previous experience as a technical reference, providing mentorship and defining guidelines for the organization.
