Your responsibilities
As an experienced and dedicated Business Applications Administrator (m/f/d), you will find an exciting environment where technology is embraced from the ground up to the executive level. You will build bridges between business and IT and work with highly competent colleagues who do not need you to explain the basics.
Zertificon has been successful in the market for 22 years. We are among the pioneers in the field of email encryption for companies. International corporations and renowned organizations sign and encrypt millions of emails daily with our software. In the energy market, our solutions secure AS4 messages around the clock, helping to keep the grid stable. Your tasks include:
- Administration, configuration, and ongoing support of internal business applications, as well as management of application-specific user accounts, roles, and access permissions.
- Analysis and resolution of application issues, as well as providing support to the service desk and specialized departments.
- Responsibility for the secure and stable operation, documentation, integrations, licenses, and the entire lifecycle of the supported applications.
- Planning, coordination, and testing of updates, configuration changes, new features, and application migrations.
- Implementation of projects for process optimization and automation, as well as supporting selected AI-powered workflows and integrations.
Your profile
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in the administration, support, or integration of business applications
- Good knowledge of workflow configuration, REST-APIs, webhooks, system integrations, testing, and technical troubleshooting
- Basic to good knowledge of AI/LLM applications and automation platforms such as n8n, Make, or Zapier
- Proficient communication in German (at least B2) and English (at least B2), both written and spoken
