- Additionally, you will troubleshoot hardware or software issues and interpret alarm and error messages.
- You will support and advise colleagues from sales and internal services on the design of system architectures and system migrations.

- After appropriate training, you will take turns on-call duty.
What you bring with you
- Completed technical Bachelor's degree (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or similar) or a comparable technical vocational training with several years of relevant experience in the IT/System environment.
- Several years of practical experience in the operation, maintenance, or technical service of IT systems, ideally in the critical infrastructure environment.
- Experience in planning, implementing, and administering LAN and WAN networks, as well as knowledge of VPN technologies.
- You are familiar with network technologies (especially in the areas of routing, VLAN, firewall, NAT), IT security, virtualization (VMware), Kubernetes, and the common operating systems Microsoft Windows and Linux.
- You are motivated to learn new modern technologies and to acquire additional qualifications, such as a PSSE qualification (Product Solution and Security Experts), to ensure IT security guidelines (keyword KRITIS, critical infrastructure) for our central systems.
- You have fluent German and good English skills and possess a valid driver's license.
- Most importantly, however, we want you to be eager for a role where you can advance your individual qualifications as part of a motivated team.
- Knowledge of traffic engineering is a plus but not a must.
