We are looking for an Artificial Intelligence Product Manager to lead the evolution of XP's conversational agents and AI products. The position will play a central role in transforming AI capabilities into scalable, reliable solutions integrated into the investment advisors' journey, connecting strategy, technology, and real business needs. The challenge is to accelerate value delivery with AI, ensuring quality, adoption, and measurable impact for users and the company.

Essential Prerequisites
- Genuine interest in AI applied to products and willingness to deepen technical knowledge.
- Ability to structure metrics, acceptance criteria, tests, and continuous improvement processes.
- Analytical reasoning to investigate failures, prioritize risks, and make evidence-based decisions.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams in engineering, data, design, and business.
- Strong analytical skills, executive communication, and stakeholder management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with generative AI, LLMs, agents, RAG, or copilots.
- Knowledge of APIs, SQL, data architecture, or observability of AI products.
- Experience in fintechs, financial markets, or B2B platforms.
- Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or equivalent/similar role;
