At Xerox Holdings Corporation, we are seeking an On-Site Support Technician to provide technical assistance to users and ensure the proper functioning of printing equipment, peripheral devices, and connectivity services.
This position will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, delivering timely support and an excellent service experience.

What you'll do
- Provide in-person technical support to users.
- Install, configure, and maintain printers and peripheral devices.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and connectivity.
- Respond to and track requests using ticket management tools.
- Assist with the configuration of accounts, passwords, permissions, and access in Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot printing equipment.
- Comply with security policies, access controls, and multi-factor authentication.
- Document activities performed and keep users informed about the progress of their requests.
Minimum requirements
What you need to succeed
- Completed technical degree in Systems, Informatics, Electronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support for users.
- Knowledge of hardware, software, networks, Windows, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Experience in diagnosing and resolving technical incidents.
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
- Experience with ticket management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Freshservice, or similar.
- Basic knowledge of IT security, antivirus, multi-factor authentication, and access control.
- Good communication, organization, and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple requests simultaneously.
- Availability to travel within facilities and, when necessary, respond to emergencies outside of regular hours.
Technical knowledge
- Hardware, software, networks, Windows, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Troubleshooting: ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity incidents.
- Basic networking: TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi
- User support: installation, configuration, and maintenance of equipment.
- Ticket management: experience with tools like ServiceNow, etc.
- Security: basic knowledge of antivirus, MFA, security policies, and access control.
- Active Directory / Microsoft 365: user creation/deletion, passwords, permissions, and configuration.
- Printers: installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of printing issues.
- Personal skills: communication, customer service, organization, and ability to work under pressure.
IMPORTANT
Availability: to travel to 3 different sites within the locality
