What awaits you?
- Agile collaboration in a cooperative team
- Clarification of functional requirements (Requirements Engineering) for complex pension plans
- Conception, setup (programming), further development, and support of administration and communication solutions (Customizing)
- Responsibility for all tasks involved in project-oriented customer support
- Optimization of business processes
- Conducting reviews, ensuring quality (Work Excellence, Do-Check-Review, Client First, Internal Control System), documentation
- Cooperation with customer representatives and the various project managers
- Goal-oriented collaboration with the software teams responsible for basic development
Qualifications
What do you bring?
- Completed degree in mathematics, engineering, or business administration
- Analytical and conceptual ability to recognize overarching contexts
- Willingness to explore new subject areas and openness to changing task focuses
- Initial experience in software development (ideally programming experience with .NET and SQL databases including Transact-SQL, proficient use of unit tests, use of MS Visual Studio and Azure DevOps or TFS)
- Independent work style and confident, friendly demeanor
- Experience in project work
- Very good German and good English skills, as well as confident use of MS Office
- Teamwork skills, strong communication abilities, customer-oriented approach, high quality awareness, and above-average commitment
- Expertise in the area of occupational pension plans is advantageous
