About the opportunity
At Workana, we are looking for a Semi-Senior Fullstack Developer for one of our clients in LATAM. The project, focused on the fintech sector, involves developing APIs and applications using Node.js, PostgreSQL, React Native, and Next.js.
We are seeking a technically solid profile, with a product mindset and a desire to build scalable solutions in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- 60% Back-end: Develop and maintain APIs in Node.js.
- 40% Front-end: Develop web applications with Next.js and mobile applications with React Native.
- Design and integrate databases in PostgreSQL.
- Integrate APIs for KYC, banking, and cryptocurrencies.
- Implement security measures and financial process automation.
- Perform testing, debugging, and code optimization.
- Ensure good development practices and scalability.
- Collaborate with design and product teams to ensure a good user experience.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in fullstack development.
- Proven experience with Node.js, PostgreSQL, React Native, and Next.js.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and WebSockets.
- Experience working with relational and non-relational databases.
- Good communication skills for working with multidisciplinary teams.
- Proactivity in proposing technical improvements and optimizing processes.
- Teamwork ability and alignment with business objectives.
- Problem-solving mindset and adaptability to agile and changing environments.
- English is not required.
- Desirable: Previous experience in fintech, blockchain, or payment systems.
- Experience in training AI models (Plus).
Contractual Conditions
Modality: 100% remote.
Work Schedule: Full-time (8h/day).
Compensation: up to 1.900 USD monthly.
Contract Type: Service Provision Contract through Workana.
Duration: 12 months, with the possibility of renewal based on good performance.
