We are strengthening our Engineering team with a Senior Infrastructure, Cloud & Cybersecurity Engineer to join highly complex technological projects with enterprise clients.
We are looking for a professional with solid experience in infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity, capable of combining architecture design, implementation, and advanced troubleshooting with a strong hands-on approach.
The professional will play a relevant role in technological transformation, modernization, and security projects, participating in different project phases, from requirements gathering and solution design to implementation, tuning, and 3rd level technical support.
What will you do?
Engineering, Architecture, and Implementation
- Design and implement infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity solutions for enterprise clients;
- Participate in digital transformation, technological modernization, migration, and infrastructure convergence projects;
- Gather requirements and translate business needs into technological solutions;
- Develop architectures and technical designs, including HLD, LLD, and traffic and security flow diagrams;
- Implement, integrate, and tune technological solutions;
- Perform advanced troubleshooting in complex and critical environments;
- Provide specialized 3rd level technical support;
- Produce technical documentation and ensure knowledge transfer to operational teams.
Networking & Cloud
- Design and implement SD-WAN network architectures;
- Participate in network infrastructure convergence and migration projects;
- Implement and administer Microsoft Azure and/or AWS environments;
- Design and implement hybrid and multi-cloud architectures;
- Work with connectivity, routing, switching, VPN, and network security solutions;
- Implement business continuity, backup, and disaster recovery solutions;
- Ensure high levels of infrastructure availability, performance, and security.
Cybersecurity
- Implement and administer security solutions in enterprise environments;
- Implement and optimize firewall solutions, specifically Palo Alto, Check Point, Fortinet, or equivalents;
- Work with Zero Trust and ZTNA architectures;
- Participate in the implementation of SASE and SSE architectures, integrating connectivity and security components;
- Implement and administer Endpoint Security, EDR, and XDR solutions;
- Plan and oversee the rollout of EDR agents;
- Define and optimize threat prevention, machine isolation, and response policies;
- Work with SIEM solutions and security monitoring platforms;
- Support threat hunting, investigation, and incident response activities;
- Perform vulnerability assessments and support the definition and implementation of mitigation measures;
- Ensure compliance with client security requirements and frameworks such as NIS2 and ISO 27001.
Technical Consulting
- Participate in technical meetings with clients and requirements gathering;
- Act as a technical expert in strategic projects;
- Present and discuss technical solutions with enterprise clients;
- Define implementation, migration, and rollout plans;
- Produce detailed technical documentation and architecture diagrams;
- Oversee solution implementation and integration;
- Support the tuning and optimization of implemented solutions;
- Ensure knowledge transfer to technical and operational teams.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Working hours: 9 : 00 – 18 : 00, Monday through Friday

Requirements
Experience
- 7 to 10 years of experience in infrastructure, networks, security, and/or cloud;
- Proven experience in designing and implementing technological projects in an enterprise context;
- Experience in critical infrastructure and security environments;
- Experience in designing and implementing SD-WAN solutions;
- Experience in networking and cybersecurity projects;
- Experience in direct technical contact with clients;
- Experience in advanced troubleshooting and 3rd level support;
- Experience in creating technical documentation and HLD/LLD architectures.
Technical Knowledge
- Networking: routing, switching, VPN, SD-WAN, and network security;
- Firewalls: Palo Alto, Check Point, Fortinet, or equivalents;
- Endpoint Security: EDR/XDR;
- SIEM and security monitoring platforms;
- Zero Trust / ZTNA;
- SASE / SSE;
- Microsoft Azure and/or AWS;
- Systems, infrastructure, and hybrid environments;
- Business continuity, backup, and disaster recovery;
- Knowledge of NIS2, ISO 27001, or equivalent frameworks.
