For our location in Neu-Isenburg near Frankfurt, we are looking for an IT Specialist (m/f/d) with a focus on Microsoft 365 & Cloud.

Your Job
- You will continuously support, administer, and develop our Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID environment.
- It is also your responsibility to actively drive the migration of our IT services and workstations to the cloud.
- You will manage our end devices and security policies with Microsoft Intune and ensure their compliance.
- You will design, implement, and operate security solutions based on Microsoft E5, particularly Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Purview.
- You will be responsible for all identity, security, and compliance topics of a modern cloud environment.
- You will support and optimize our network and security infrastructure, especially in the area of firewalls and networks.
- You will support the expansion of automation, deployment, and DevOps processes with modern tools and technologies.
- You will actively participate in the further development of our information security management and in ISO certification projects.
Your Profile
What is very important for the position:
- You have sound professional experience in the administration of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID, as well as in network, firewall, and server administration.
- Even though the technological skills are important – in the end, your success depends on this: You enjoy systematically isolating complex technical problems, identifying causes, and developing sustainable solutions.
- You have already supported or implemented cloud migrations and are enthusiastic about modern workplace solutions.
- You have extensive experience in endpoint management with Microsoft Intune.
- You are comfortable in hybrid IT landscapes and have experience with virtualization, backup, and on-prem infrastructures.
- You have practical experience with identity management, IT security, and compliance topics, as well as Microsoft security solutions like Defender or Purview.
- You are interested in automation, deployment, and scripting, for example with PowerShell, Bash, or comparable technologies.
- For internal communication, German is required in spoken and written form at least at level C1.
A "plus", but by no means a "must":
- Experience with Meraki or Sophos is definitely very useful.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender XDR, or other Microsoft security solutions.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Backup, Identity and Access Management, or Conditional Access.
- Experience with ISO 27001 or the preparation and support of an ISO certification.
