Key Responsibilities
- Requirements: Gather and document business requirements and translate them into clear user stories and configuration specifications.
- Data Cloud Configuration: Configure Salesforce Data Cloud, including data streams, data mappings, identity resolution, and segmentation, to meet business requirements.
- Marketing Cloud Configuration: Configure Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including audiences, journeys, and content, to support client marketing use cases.
- Collaboration: Partner with developers, architects, and client stakeholders; support UAT and defect triage through resolution.
- Communication: Clearly communicate status, risks, and decisions to both technical and business audiences.
Required Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Hands-on configuration experience in Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360).
- Hands-on configuration experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Ability to document requirements, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Prior experience as a Business Analyst or functional consultant on Salesforce projects, with hands-on Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud configuration.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
