Our IT reality: a solutions team
At VOSKER, the IT team acts as a solutions team. We build, evolve, and integrate solutions that rely on several transactional platforms. NetSuite (Oracle) is the ERP at the heart of our operations. It is connected to our CRM and eCommerce platforms as well as our peripheral systems.
Here, platforms are not an end in themselves: they are tools. The Full Stack developer works in a multi-system environment where understanding business flows, integrations, APIs, and data synchronization is just as important as code quality.

Your mission
As a Full Stack Developer, you will contribute to the development and integration of solutions in a multi-platform ecosystem to ensure reliable, high-performing, and scalable operations. You will work in close collaboration with IT and business teams to deliver concrete solutions that have a direct impact on our customers and our operations.
What you will do
- Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, reliable, and secure code (Front-End & Back-End);
- Develop, adapt, and evolve solutions in and around NetSuite (scripts, transactional flows, integrations with our eCommerce, CRM, and logistics platforms);
- Participate in the design and development of system integrations (APIs, data exchange, synchronization, webhooks/events when relevant);
- Collaborate with analysts, architecture, and stakeholders to understand business processes and translate needs into robust technical solutions;
- Contribute to development best practices (code reviews, standards, quality, performance, observability);
- Prepare detailed test plans and contribute to quality assurance (unit, integration, and regression testing);
- Participate in the technical support of delivered solutions and incident resolution to provide an unparalleled customer and operational experience;
- Write and maintain technical documentation (architecture, integrations, deployments, operating guides);
- Participate in design workshops, deployment activities, and the continuous improvement of our solutions;
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and development tools according to the team's needs.
Qualifications
Technical skills
- Very good knowledge of Web development technologies (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, React or equivalent);
- Back-End experience (e.g., C#, Node.js or equivalent) and good mastery of databases (SQL and/or NoSQL, e.g., MongoDB);
- Experience in developing and consuming APIs (REST/JSON; understanding of authentication, security, error handling, and performance concepts);
- Good understanding of programming methods, best practices, and quality principles (maintainability, testing, CI/CD);
- Experience with development and collaboration tools (Git, Atlassian suite, Docker or equivalents);
- Experience in development and integration within a transactional platform ecosystem (ERP, CRM, eCommerce), including Salesforce (Commerce Cloud, Core, Marketing Cloud);
- Specific knowledge of certain platforms (e.g., SOQL, Apex): an asset, not required.
Key skills
- Resourcefulness, autonomy, sense of priorities, and excellent team spirit;
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or any other relevant training;
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role;
- Bilingualism (FR/EN). Frequent contact outside of Quebec.
What will make the difference
Concrete experience in NetSuite (Oracle) development or integration will be strongly preferred. For example: SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, workflows, or integrations via integration platforms. It will allow you to have a rapid impact in our environment.
