We offer diverse project experiences at the world's largest automotive manufacturer, international and strategic Business Intelligence projects, innovative working methods, and comprehensive professional development opportunities.

Our scope of work involves analyzing systems across the entire Volkswagen Group for various exciting projects. Additionally, we create Business Intelligence solutions for a wide range of clients. In all our projects, we utilize Data Analytics tools such as SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, Python etc.

Our Business Intelligence team is looking for support from a Departmental Coordinator (Technical Lead) for Data Analytics & BI Solutions (m/f/d) like you. Take your chance and apply now!

POTENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS ROLE

  1. You will assume technical leadership of the BI team, including coordinating team members, efficient task distribution, and ensuring high work quality and timely project implementation.
  1. You will ensure the data quality and performance of BI analyses and maintain/optimize reporting solutions.
  1. You will be the point of contact (m/f/d) for internal stakeholders (e.g., specialist departments, IT, management) regarding all BI-related questions.
  1. You will develop best-practice solutions in the field of BI and Data Analytics.
  1. You will train team members (m/f/d) and promote knowledge building in the BI area.
  1. You will evaluate and establish modern, previously unused BI systems/solutions and continuously develop analyses & processes.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  1. You have a degree in (Business) Informatics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
  1. You bring in-depth professional experience in the field of Business Intelligence, data analysis, or database management.
  1. You have very good knowledge of Tableau and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik, or similar) and ETL processes (dbt, Knime).
  1. You possess sound experience with SQL and data visualization.
  1. You possess analytical thinking and a solution-oriented way of working.
  1. You are communicative and have the ability to convey complex issues in an understandable way.
  1. You bring sound experience in the field of project management (JIRA).
  1. Since our projects currently take place in a German-speaking environment, we require business-fluent German skills (from level C1).
