About the opportunity
We are looking for a technician with knowledge and experience in external sales activities. You will be responsible for performing minor preventive maintenance, installing alarm systems, meeting customer needs, filling out technical reports, and prospecting for new clients through a consultative and strategic approach. Main Activities
- Act proactively, always seeking to meet our clients' needs and expectations;
- Prospect and manage the client portfolio;

- Complete all documentation for the routine of a field technician, such as travel reports, expense reports, and others;
- Prospect door-to-door to secure meetings with potential clients and convert them into sales
- Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales;
- Follow the proposal and sales method established by the Sales Directorate;
- Present and sell customers options for upgrading the basic kit and range of services;
- Deliver documentation within the established time and manner for invoicing;
- Prepare quotes for adding devices to existing alarm systems;
- Perform installations of complete alarm systems;
- Perform installations of new devices in existing alarm systems;
What we expect from the professional?
- High School Diploma;
- Experience in prospecting and negotiation;
- Experience with consultative sales;
- Valid Driver's License
