About the opportunity
We are looking for a technical consultant with knowledge and experience in external commercial activities.
You will be responsible for performing small preventive maintenance, alarm system installations, attending to customer needs, filling out technical reports, and prospecting new clients through a consultative and strategic approach.

Main Activities
- Act proactively, always seeking to meet our clients' needs and expectations;
- Prospect and manage the client portfolio;
- Perform low-complexity preventive maintenance on alarm systems;
- Fill out technical service reports and technical assessments;
- Complete all documentation for the field technician routine, such as travel reports, expense reports, and others;
- Street prospecting to secure interviews with potential clients and convert them into sales
- Maintain positive commercial relationships to ensure future sales;
- Follow the sales proposal and method established by the Sales Directorate;
- Present and sell upgrade options for the basic kit and range of services to clients;
- Deliver documentation on time and in the established format for invoicing;
- Prepare quotes for adding devices to existing alarm systems;
- Perform complete alarm system installations;
- Perform installations of new devices in existing alarm systems;
Minimum requirements

- High School Diploma Complete;
- Experience in prospecting and negotiation;
- Experience with consultative sales;
- Valid Driver's License
