Mandatory Requirements
- Degree in Control and Automation, Information Systems, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
- Knowledge of Power BI (modeling, DAX, and visualizations), SQL, Python, or other tools for handling large volumes of data.
- Practical knowledge of SAP, OsiSoft, PIMS, and automation environments.
- Analytical skills with technical soundness, problem-solving profile, and assertive communication.
- Focus on control and results.
- Must reside in the Ouro Preto/MG or Mariana/MG region.
Desirable Requirements
- Postgraduate degree or certification in Data Science, Reliability Engineering, or related areas.
- Familiarity with Asset Management (ISO 55000) and maintenance plans.
- In-depth knowledge of specialist systems: Vale Asset Platform, APM Orion, Integrated Inspection, SISPAV, PIMS, GPV, among others.
- Mastery of reliability techniques such as FMEA, RCM, and application of predictive tools.
- Systemic view of the iron ore production chain and its operational bottlenecks.
- Experience with integrated COI programming and basic maintenance processes.
- Technical English.
Responsibilities
- Develop dashboards and analytical reports using Power BI and PI Vision to support strategic decisions in monitoring Mine and Plant assets.
- Integrate data from various sources (SAP, supervisory systems, OSI Soft, specialist systems, sensors, CMA Web, Sentinela, among others) for predictive analysis and recommendation of interventions.
- Develop and report on asset health based on technical data and prepare maintenance priorities with the PCM and Reliability teams.
- Automate CMA routines.
- Monitor corrective interventions and evaluate adherence between technical recommendations and work orders.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in monitoring routines, using advanced reliability analysis techniques.
- Support integrated maintenance planning, considering probability of failure and impacts on the production chain.
- Capture operational gains and benefits linked to the recommendations and interventions performed.
