Required qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.

- Experience in implementing SAP SD projects;
- In-depth knowledge of SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) systems.
- Solid understanding of system architectures.
- Experience with the Brazilian Tax Reform.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Availability to travel.

- Experience with SAP SD projects in heavy industry.
Responsibilities and job activities
- Management of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process.
- Management of customer inquiries and preparation of commercial quotes.
- Sales order management.
- Management of pricing, discounts, bonuses, and commercial agreements.
- Availability check and product allocation.
- Processing of outbound deliveries and shipping.
- Invoicing, issuance of tax invoices, and integration with revenue recognition.
- Processing of returns, complaints, and credit/debit notes.
- Credit management and customer risk controls.
- Management of customer and business partner master data.
- Intercompany sales processes and stock transfers.
- Third-party sales, consignment, and Make-to-Order processes.
- Sales contracts and delivery scheduling agreements.
- Integration with transportation, warehousing, and logistics.
- Integration of SAP SD with FI/CO (Finance and Controlling), MM (Materials Management), PP (Production Planning), TM (Transportation Management), EWM (Extended Warehouse Management), GTS (Global Trade Services), CRM (Customer Relationship Management), and tax solutions.
- Sales and Distribution (SAP SD) processes in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
