Why preferential positions for women?

Vale is on a journey of transformation, seeking to become a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive company. Furthermore, we believe that progress in gender equity contributes to building a better future for everyone. We want to increase the representation of all women: Black, White, of any gender identity and sexual orientation, or who have some type of disability.
