Required Qualifications
Education: Completed undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Production Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, and/or related fields.
- Completed undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Production Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, and/or related fields;
- Knowledge of ITIL service delivery best practices 4;
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret internal and external data to seek best practices and benchmarks in Technology Service Management (ITSM) processes with a business focus;
- Communication skills to transform ideas and results into executive storytelling;
- Intermediate English;
- Collaboration, negotiation, and influence skills;
- Planning ability and skill in prioritizing activities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of the ServiceNow technology service management tool;
- Knowledge and experience in handling incident, problem, and other ITIL practices;
- Knowledge of the COBIT technology management framework;
- Knowledge of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery strategies.
Responsibilities and Job Activities
- Support integrated team planning, ensuring the execution of technology processes aligned with area objectives and the strategic technology plan;
- Generate performance analysis against benchmarking and provide insights;
- Maintain and execute the Service Management governance process, metrics, and indicators;
- Work with service providers, ensuring the performance and quality of services rendered;
- Identify and recommend process improvements that optimize workload and enhance delivery quality;
- Maintain the management and implementation of VPS (Vale Production System) in the area;
- Ensure the execution of the Service Management communication and engagement process;
- Ensure the execution of the area's risk management process within the area's governance activities;
- Maintain and execute ITSM processes such as incident, problem, and other practices, coordinating problem resolution to identify root causes and solutions;
- Generate and track process indicators;
- Participate in Sarbox audits;
- Identify, correlate, analyze complex data using data from technology processes and deliveries, and generate insights that can be used for presenting results and proposing improvements.
