Job Title: Senior Integration Developer
Responsible for the development of integrations between enterprise solution applications and services. Provides support in the execution of technology projects by collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on tasks related to analysis, design, development of scalable solutions, documentation, unit testing, and tracking of assigned tasks. Will participate in key project management, solution development, and continuous improvement processes, contributing to the fulfillment of the Department's operational and strategic objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Analyzes business needs, documents the business case, designs, implements, and maintains solutions and integrations.
- Analyzes and integrates with enterprise applications using APIs, webhooks, OAuth, among others.
- Analyzes, designs, and creates automated solutions for information processing in JSON, XML, and other formats.
- Estimates efforts and implementation time for solutions.
- Develops programming logic using Java or other assigned tools, following coding best practices and standards established by the Company.
- Recommends changes and updates or improves existing Company programs and integrations.
- Documents all solutions prepared, from analysis to implementation and maintenance, including changes or improvements to existing solutions.
- Provides support by offering training or demos to new users of assigned software solutions.
- Provides technical assistance in the use, maintenance, and operation of the solutions provided.
- Acquires an understanding of the business processes of the organizational units served and identifies improvement opportunities, applying them systematically.
- Assists and provides technical advice to programmers while evaluating the quality of deliverables according to organizational best practices and standards.
- Assumes responsibility and ownership of proposed solutions and ensures results align with what the Company's business or operation needs and expects.
- Participates in code reviews and software testing.
- Collaborates with frontend, QA, and DevOps teams.
- Complies with standard operating procedures (SOP) established for the role, both for the department and the company in general.
- Participates in other strategic projects as required and/or performs other related tasks as necessary.
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in integration development for enterprise solutions.
- A combination of education and experience may also be considered.
- Knowledge and management of related databases.
- Solid experience in the development, management, and maintenance of APIs (REST and SOAP) and integrations, as well as Web technology (JSON, XML, XPATH, Web Services, etc.).
- Design and implementation of security mechanisms, such as OAuth 2.0 and JWT.
- Design and implementation of integrations using object-oriented programming with java following J2EE Design Patterns.
- Design and implementation of information system solutions in distributed environments with high transaction volumes.
- Ability to analyze information, analyze requirements, and solve problems.
- Experience with Oracle or MSSQL databases or associated tools (SQL Developer, MS Management Studio).
- Experience with application servers compatible with J2EE.
- Basic knowledge of Linux.
- Excellent communication skills at different levels within the organization.
- Ability to handle high workloads and meet established deadlines, as well as decision-making skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while setting priorities.
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with others.
