Your new role
- As Senior UX & Digital Experience Manager, you will actively shape the digital experience on TRUMPF.com and the central social media channels, ensuring a consistent, user-centered experience across all relevant digital touchpoints.
- Based on user needs and cross-channel customer journeys, you will derive prioritized requirements and develop UX concepts for the website and social media, which are consistent in brand impact and quality, but differentiated in implementation.
- For the website, you will concretize these concepts into navigation logic, wireframes, and user flows; for social media, into content and format concepts that contribute to the same journey.
- With your UX expertise, you will support new functions and digital services from the initial idea to launch, ensuring intuitive user guidance. Furthermore, you will analyze web, UX, and social media data and derive measures for optimizing content performance, conversion, and digital impact.
- You will independently advise internal stakeholders from product management, marketing, and other specialist departments, structure their requirements, and develop technically sound concepts in interdisciplinary collaboration and in exchange with external partners, which you will convincingly represent.

- Your degree in UX Design, Media Informatics, Communication Science, Digital Business, or a comparable qualification forms the professional basis for this role.
- You bring extensive professional experience in User Experience, Digital Experience, Website Conception, or Digital Marketing, ideally from complex digital ecosystems with multiple stakeholders.
- Through in-depth knowledge of User-Centered Design, Customer Journey Design, Experience Mapping, UX Research, and data-driven optimization, you understand the interplay of website, content, social media, and digital marketing measures. You work proactively and structured, translating complex contexts into user-centered, target-group-oriented concepts.
- In practical application, you will confidently use Figma or comparable UX and prototyping tools, and utilize analysis tools such as Hotjar or GA4 to validate your concepts and continuously optimize them.
- With your communication and moderation skills, as well as analytical thinking, you confidently and professionally represent user-centered solutions to stakeholders. German language skills are required for collaboration; English skills are an advantage.
